Understanding Your Vision

At EDS, a great exhibition stand doesn’t happen by chance — it’s the result of insight, clarity, and collaboration. Before pen meets paper, we dive deep into understanding what success looks like for you.

We start by asking the right questions:

Step 2

Preparation

With your goals clearly defined, we begin shaping the concept into a tangible plan. From layout planning to material selection and 3D visualizations, every detail is carefully mapped out to ensure the design is both functional and impactful. This phase sets the groundwork for smooth execution ahead.

Step 3

Inspiration time

This is where creativity takes center stage. Over the next two weeks, our team dives into trade fair guidelines, technical requirements, and organizer coordination—ensuring every creative idea aligns with real-world parameters. We brainstorm, sketch, and refine, delivering a personalized stand concept designed to impress and perform.

Step 4

Bringing the Design to Life

With the concept approved, we begin transforming vision into visual. This is where creativity meets technology. Our design team refines every element — from structure and flow to colors and branding — using advanced 3D tools and CAD software to bring the stand to life digitally.

The design evolves with each iteration, getting sharper, smarter, and more aligned with your objectives. What was once a mental picture now begins to take real shape — pixel by pixel, layer by layer.

This is where ideas come together. We present a complete, detailed visual of your exhibition stand — the culmination of creative thinking, technical planning, and design strategy. Through high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs, we explain the concept, the inspiration behind it, and how it aligns with your brand and current industry trends.

When the design stage is over, it is time for the production department to roll up their sleeves. Our own in-house carpentry workshop is equipped with:

– a modern CNC cutting machine

– vertical and horizontal saws

– a paint shop

– an edgebander

– a spray paint booth.

Thanks to our experienced and committed team as well as our high-tech equipment, we are able to create out-of-the-box stands. Over 150 workers: experienced carpenters, assembly workers, electricians and warehouse workers.

We know the direction trade fair marketing is taking – it is digitalization. That is why we respond to this challenge by providing stands with multimedia. We offer a wide variety of multimedia solutions: LED screens, seamless video walls, LED display walls, interactive tablets and screens, television sets, iPads, sound systems, projectors and cameras.

We have prepared a furnishings catalogue which presents our offer. It includes both the furniture we can manufacture in our carpentry workshop and the furniture we can make available to our customers.

We have many types of lamps on offer for our clients to choose from: main lighting, downlights, arms, lightboxes, wall lamps and decorative lamps.

There are a few experienced graphic designers on our team. That’s why we can prepare any kind of graphics for your stand: large-format printing, vinyl graphics, 3D graphics, banners, illuminated logos, lightboxes, illuminated graphics.

We work with unusual materials.

We offer stands of wooden, aluminum and steel constructions.

We manufacture glass elements of non-standard size and shape.

We can provide our clients with the construction of double deck stands of up to 800 square metres.
